2017沃尔玛新政：知错立改，仍然黄灯！

沃尔玛在供应链中发布的最新培训教材，有24个问题点可以接受现工厂现场改善，不再计入问题点。于沃尔玛的消防来说，就像上帝关了所有的门，终于打开了一扇窗。

之前对于必为橙灯的消防问题来说，任何一个没有在当天做好，都会导致橙灯。但这次修改标准给了我们随机应变现场翻盘的机会！

 

一旦如下问题发生，我们立即现场改善：

并尽快请审核员于末次会次前再复核，拍照作证。当然，我们若在末次会次上才知道具体问题点，也尽最大的可能拖后报告并改善，然后请审核员再复核一次，将改善情况备注于报告上。

 

现场巡视途中，我们尽可能安排两个人陪审，一个全程记录问题，一个安排整改行动。陪审很重要，行动快捷同样表示了对审核员工作和时间的尊重（不让人家等太久）。
